I am a psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor and senior trainer of Processwork. Since the early 80 ties a close associate of Drs. Amy and Arnold Mindell, I have written several articles and served as a speaker at psychotherapy conferences on dreams, body psychotherapy, addiction as well as conflict work and group dynamics. As a researcher at the University of Zurich Psychiatric hospital ‘Burghölzli’ and as a psychotherapist in an Addiction Treatment Center running family therapy and workshops for people in substitution programs, I have focused on applications of Processwork in clinical settings.
In private practice in Zurich with individual and couples, one of my interests is Worldwork, a methodology developed by Mindell and associates for working with small and large groups. As a Worldwork facilitator since 1991, I focus on team and group dynamics and specialize in-group processes. For the past 30 years I worked in more than 30 countries in diverse settings ranging from business to universities (ETH Zurich), intentional communities (Findhorn) as well as NGO’s, assisting individuals and couples and supporting creativity and change processes with executives and in teams and organizations. With my label KonfliktFest I teach conflict facilitation programs for coaches, mediators, facilitators, managers and executives in leadership positions.
CEO 2005-2010, I currently serve on the board of directors of the Institute for Processwork, Zurich, Switzerland. I initiate and lead training programs in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Croatia, and Russia. In addition, I am a faculty member of the ZIST Academy for Psychotherapy (Dr. Wolf Büntig) where I run workshops for psychotherapist in training and, simultaneously, serve as a training analyst and supervisor.
