Tko smo i gdje pripadamo – putovanje kući kroz snove, simptome i iskustva iz odnosa
Who we think we are and who we really are, often doesn’t match very well. What we usually call a “problem” or a “symptom” appears on the border of those two worlds – our known identity and unknown, neglected parts of our being. Crossing the border and bridging the worlds can be a huge challenge that requires an experienced, skilful facilitator and guide to the new territory towards an expanded identity and a new sense of meaning in life.
In this workshop we will guide you into exploring the unknown, focusing on the power of dreams, body symptoms and relationship difficulties. We will introduce Arnold Mindell’s concept of the dreambody and learn to see how night dreams and body experiences mirror equivalent messages, which in turn are also reflected in our relationships. Presenting a non-pathological approach on working with dreams, symptoms and relationships, we will show how the key to solutions often lies hidden in the problems themselves.
The roots of Processwork lie in Jungian and Humanistic Psychology. Processwork is the art, science, and the psychology of following the nature of humans. As an approach to individual and social change Processwork draws on the new paradigm in science, systems thinking and analogies from modern physics as well as spiritual disciplines. The goal is awareness, unfolding of the ‘human potential’ and the realization of ‘Deep Democracy’. Body symptoms, relationship problems, team- and group dynamics as well as social tension contain information that is vital for the creative development of individuals, couples, teams and organizations.
